To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, please familiarize yourself with our policies below

Our Policies

We value your time and strive to provide the best service for all our clients. To ensure that everyone receives the attention they deserve, we have implemented the following policies:

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

 

Late Policy

We offer a grace period of 15 minutes, we will do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of your service. However, please be aware that your appointment may need to be adjusted to fit within the remaining time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment. In this case, a late cancellation fee of $50 may apply.

 

No Call/No Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel, a no-show fee of $50 will be charged to your account. Repeat no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future services.
